RapVS.AI is an innovative application of AI technology using the cultural medium of music, specifically the art of rap, to inspire communities to explore pathways of entrepreneurship (and intrapreneurship) with their innate human creativity coupled with generative AI.
Powered by Microsoft #SemanticKernel and the re-imagination of Hajj Flemings and Cynthia Respert, it is a fusion of culture, hip hop, and tech.
The vision is to reimagine computer science for underrepresented communities through the vehicle of AI. We serve HBCUs, PWIs, and avid hip-hop listeners and inspire them to build something and not get left behind in this rapidly evolving industry where underserved communities are often consumers versus builders.
Live events and immersive experiences serve as the gateway to transformative educational programming, mentorship and up-skilling opportunities to build a sustainable, diverse creator pipeline in the AI space.

HAJJ FLEMINGS
CO-FOUNDER, BRAND TECHNOLOGIST

 Hajj Flemings is a mechanical engineer, a Detroit-based serial entrepreneur, a brand technologist, and the CEO of Rebrand Cities/Prompt Camp.


As a brand technologist, he architects digital transformations for the brands of the future. Hajj uses technology to reimagine luxury, fashion, culture, cities, and small businesses with new modes of creativity and thinking, making them more human in the digital economy.


He is also an original investor in PlayVS, an eSports platform founded by Delane Parnell that has raised $107M. He has raised over $1.5M for his startups and worked with some of the world's most iconic brands, including Cadillac, Nike, AT&T, Disney, JP Morgan Chase, Detroit Pistons, and WordPress.


As an international keynote speaker, he has spoken at Harvard University, Instagram HQ, and to the U.S. Department of Defense.

With three decades of experience across corporate, non-profit, and small business sectors, Cynthia Respert leverages systems and process innovation through a strategic lens to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.


Cynthia tackles complex business challenges through the integration of people, process and leading technologies. Her ongoing quest for operational efficiencies are supercharged by AI tools and strategies.


As COO of Rebrand Cities her background and passion to accelerate small business growth has been invaluable, contributing to the organization's positive impact on over 1,000 small businesses in 10 cities across three countries with her operational leadership.


DAVE LINABURY
CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIST

An award-winning musician, illustrator, branding and user experience professional, Dave has been quoted in over a dozen business books, and is a verb in the Urban Dictionary.


Dave brings a well-rounded background to  the team, having been a music magazine publisher, and an adjunct professor for College for Creative Studies and Michigan State University, as well as a guest lecturer at several more.


Dave is the former EVP, Group Director of Interactive for Campbell Ewald, and was the group moderator for GM's Innovation Zone for which he received the GM Chairman's Honors award.


Dave's past clients include Chevrolet, Ellen DeGeneres, OnStar, US Navy, GMC, Kaiser Permanente, Navya, RSA, and DataSpeed.
